You have 3 working days after the product has been received by you, to notify us that you want to return and have an replacement of your product. If your item meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling our hotline service. Either drop the product at our office or appoint a rider when you call hotline service. However, we don’t refund once purchase done.
Are there any hidden costs or charges if I order from superkidz.net?
You only pay what you see in the invoice in our letterhead sent to you as hardcopy or softcopy. However, the online cart and auto Order Acknowledgement email from Superkidz ([email protected]) with subject “Request received for your order(s)” does not include the discount and delivery charges as of now. Therefore, for home delivery you shall have to pay the standard courier delivery charges. If you request Installation or fitting of the ordered product, then such shall carry a reasonable installation or fitting charges.
